Privacy Notice
The new General Data Protection Regulations (GDPRs) took effect from 25 May 2018. The GDPRs place new obligations in relation to data management, including a requirement to publish a Privacy Notice which makes clear what and how we collect, use, retain and disclose personal information. It also describes the rights you have regarding your data (some of which are new).
The full Privacy Notice, together with an accompanying document explaining the arrangements in place where we share the personal information of mortgage customers with credit reference agencies is available to download using the link below. It may be updated from time to time.
