• Funds released in six stages: Land, Foundations, Wall Plate, Wind & Watertight, First Fix, Second Fix/Completion
• Option to pay interest only during the build, switching to repayment on completion
• We accept modern construction accreditations such as BOPAS, STA Gold, and BBA, alongside a structural warranty
