• Junior ISA Application form signed by the Registered Contact

• Identification for the Child a Photocopy (Either passport or birth certificate)

• Two forms of Identification for the Registered Contact a Photocopy (Passport or Driving License and Utility bill, Bank statement or Council tax bill)

• Initial Deposit by Cash or Cheque assuming that this is not a transfer
