A RIO mortgage of £100,520 secured by a first charge on your main residential property, payable over 25 years initially on a discounted variable rate of 5.74% for 3 years and then on our Standard Variable Rate (SVR) of 7.99% (variable) for the remaining 22 years would require 36 monthly payments of £480.82 and 264 monthly payments of £669.30. The total amount payable would be £295,132.22 made up of the loan amount plus interest (£194,612.22) including £495 fee, deeds sealing and dispatch fees of £200, valuation fee £290 and money transfer fee £25.
