Beverley Building Society strengthens its Finance Team
The Beverley Building Society are delighted at the new appointment of Kamal Toor as Accounts Manager.
Kamal joins from a Hull based accountancy firm where he spent 15 months working as a Management Accountant. He will now apply his skills in the expanding Finance Department working alongside fellow Hull University Graduate Jermaine Trotman.
Kamal is also in the final stages of completing his CIMA qualification to enable him to become a fully certified Chartered Management Accountant.
Speaking about appointment Kamal said:
“I have been interested in Financial Services since an early age so the chance to be part of an expanding organisation like the Beverley is a great opportunity. The dynamics at the Society mean that I have the chance to apply my skills to other areas outside of the Finance Department which has been a major pull.”
Outside of work Kamal is a big sports and fitness fan. He regularly visits the gym and is a keen Aston Villa supporter.
Jan Scrowston, Head of Risk and Human Resources at the Beverley Building Society said:
“The Society is an acclaimed provider of work experience and this was demonstrated by the high calibre of applicants for the role. Kamal has already proved that he will be a huge asset to the Society and we would all like to wish him the best of luck in his promising career.”
